Certainly, the contents of the hamper can be personalized to match the customer's preferences and budget. We can accommodate both available items and specific requests to tailor the selection accordingly.

Certainly! Greeting cards can be customized according to the customer's preferences. Additionally, we offer the option to include a Voice Note via a QR Code as well as a photo to enhance the personalization

What measures are taken to ensure the security of the packaging?

For Instant delivery services, we utilize extra-strong Spunbond packaging. For regular and same-day delivery, hampers are initially well-packaged, supplemented with additional cardboard and bubble wrap in every corner to safeguard against impacts during transit.

Are the items ready for immediate shipment?

Hampers featured on the HUGS website and marketplace are ready for direct shipment as they are readily available and undergo only packaging and card creation processes, facilitating immediate dispatch.


However, for Corporate Gifts, Birthdays, and Custom Boxes containing personalized items, pre-order (PO) is necessary, taking 3 – 10 working days based on order quantity and customization complexity. The PO period begins upon payment confirmation (Terms and Conditions apply).

What delivery options does HUGS offer?

HUGS offers various delivery services tailored to different needs.

  • For Instant or Same Day Delivery in the Jabodetabek area, we utilize GoSend, Grab Express, and Lalamove couriers.
  • For Regular Delivery across Indonesia, customers can opt for logistics services like JNE, TIKI, JNT, and more.
  • For international shipments, please reach out to our Customer Service team for assistance.
Is direct delivery to the hospital possible?

Certainly. We facilitate direct deliveries to hospitals. Customers only need to provide the patient's full name, a contact number of the patient or caregiver, the hospital's name, and the room number. Rest assured, we ensure the safe delivery of your order.
